With a pretty, pale peach colour, this aged Japanese Koshu expresses notes of green table grapes, melon, honey and musk. Its characteristic brisk acidity has preserved it into its second decade, and is balanced by a roundness of texture. This will not improve with further keeping, so drink over the next 6-12 months.
