1. Age Restriction

It is a legal offence to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol if you are under the age of 18. It is also an offence for anyone aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol on behalf of someone under 18.

Cantina ed Enoteca will not sell alcohol to anyone we suspect is underage. Our couriers may request valid identification upon delivery. If the recipient cannot provide suitable ID, the courier will not deliver the alcohol.

By placing an order on www.cantinaedenoteca.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and comply with UK alcohol laws.

3. Payment

  • All prices include VAT at the current rate of 20%.

  • All products are subject to availability and remain the property of Cantina ed Enoteca until paid for in full.

  • We accept the following payment methods:
    Maestro, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

  • Payments are charged at the time the order is placed.

4. Cooling-Off Period & Cancellations

Cancelling Your Order

You can cancel your order up to 14 days after the day you receive it. We will collect the goods free of charge, provided:

  • Items are unopened and in original packaging.

  • Products are in a resaleable condition.

Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned items, using your original payment method.

Order Restrictions

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order.

  • Limit quantities per customer, household, or transaction.

  • Restrict purchases from resellers or distributors.

If changes are made to your order, we’ll notify you via the contact details provided at checkout.

5. Your Rights – Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

When purchasing online or by phone, you have the right to:

  • Cancel your contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

  • Receive a refund for:

    • The cost of goods.

    • Standard delivery charges (not including express options).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Goods made to your specification.

  • Personalised items.

  • Perishable goods or those with a short expiry.

Returns Instructions:

  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

  • If goods are returned used or damaged beyond normal handling, deductions may apply.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

6. Vintages

Due to seasonal availability, wine vintages may differ from those displayed online. We do our best to keep the site updated and will notify you if substitutions are necessary.

7. Other Information

  • We strive for accuracy on our website, but pricing and availability may change without notice.

  • If an item is unavailable, we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable replacement. If we cannot reach you, we may substitute an equivalent product to avoid delays.

  • We comply with the Data Protection Act and PCI DSS regulations.

  • If you're unhappy with your purchase, contact us to arrange a return.

  • These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

  • Cantina ed Enoteca is a UK-based company. Any disputes will be handled under Scottish Law.

  • We are not responsible for information found on third-party websites linked from our site.

8. Delivery Information

Standard UK Mainland Delivery

  • £7.95 flat rate – no hidden charges.

  • Most orders arrive within 3 working days.

Delivery to Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland

  • Delivery may take up to 2 additional working days.

Delivery Partner: DPD

All orders are handled by DPD for fast and reliable service:

  • You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your parcel ships.

  • On the day of delivery, you’ll get updates and options if you're not home.

  • Download the DPD app for full control of your delivery experience.
