1. Age Restriction
It is a legal offence to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol if you are under the age of 18. It is also an offence for anyone aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol on behalf of someone under 18.
Cantina ed Enoteca will not sell alcohol to anyone we suspect is underage. Our couriers may request valid identification upon delivery. If the recipient cannot provide suitable ID, the courier will not deliver the alcohol.
By placing an order on www.cantinaedenoteca.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and comply with UK alcohol laws.

3. Payment

All products are subject to availability and remain the property of Cantina ed Enoteca until paid for in full.

4. Cooling-Off Period & Cancellations
Cancelling Your Order
You can cancel your order up to 14 days after the day you receive it. We will collect the goods free of charge, provided:

Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned items, using your original payment method.
