A beautifully pure, faultless wine, with notes of acacia honey and lime on the nose. On the palate it shows remarkable concentration of fruit, balanced by exciting zestiness and zingy acidity. The grapes come from vineyards in the Nahe region, whose climate is ideal for growing expressive Riesling. The sloping vineyards face South at an altitude of 160-190 metres above sea level. The vines average 35 years old.
