Vignerons des Terres Secretes Macon-Villages Les Preludes, 2023 37.5cl

This wine is a great example of Macon, very easy to drink with lovely stone fruit flavours, and also makes a superb introduction to the wines of south Burgundy for those just getting into this region.

It is a versatile and food-friendly wine with beautiful fresh citrus fruit including apple and lemon accompanied by a delicate floral character. 12.5% alcohol.

With its fresh and vibrant palate this pairs very well with Goat’s cheese, many different fried foods – fish and chips in particular and chicken-based dishes. Drink now or over the next 3 to 5 years.
