Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Champagne, La Grande Dame Rose, 2018

The 2018 prestige cuvée rosé from one of Champagne’s most prestigious houses. Marking the 200th anniversary of Madame Clicquot blending the first known rosé champagne in 1818. Made up of 90% Pinot Noir, and 10% Chardonnay, Veuve Clicquot only declares a vintage in exceptional years. On the nose, expect fresh raspberry and cherry, and violet and rose floral notes. On the palate, more red fruit balanced by blood orange and grapefruit zest, and hints of thyme.
