Ribera del Cuarzo, Classico Patinas Blancas, 2025

The Desert varnish is a typical soil formation of the Patagonian steppe, resulting from the effect of wind over millions of years. The grapes for the Clasico Patinas Blancas come from an old parcel of Sauvignon Blanc with mixed Semillon plants. The soils are alluvial, from ancient intrusions of the Rio Negro, in the cool zone of Valle Azul. This wine displays the elegance, freshness, and lightness of white wines from the cool regions of Patagonia.
