On the palate, the liveliness is immediately noticeable, with fresh acidity and an elegant, mineral structure. The wine has a silky mouthfeel and a distinct tension that is enhanced by the addition of Riesling. Towards the finish, a juicy, slightly ripe note emerges, inviting the next sip.
