All you could ask for in a classic yet affordable Italian red, this has deservedly become one of our most popular wines. With delicious, plump, tangy black cherry and purple plum flavours; succulent roundness of texture and fantastic overall balance, it is absolutely easy to enjoy. It has just enough barrel character to give extra complexity and depth, without getting in the way of the delectably luscious fruit. Small wonder that scarcely had it landed when it started notching up medals and accolades.
