Shoreline combines many of the qualities that make Lyme Bay Winery so special; a crisp and refreshing wine made to match the fine seafood caught all along the Lyme Bay coastline.The combination of Bacchus, Pinot Noir, Reichensteiner and Seyval Blanc results in a wine with plenty of lemon and tropical citrus, supported by elegant floral notes of nettle, rose and lychee and fantastic structure. Grown, picked, pressed and fermented with the upmost care and attention to detail, the wines are then expertly blended to optimum proportions.
