La Meule, Chardonnay IGP Pays D'Oc, 2023

La Meule” Chardonnay is rooted in the history of its vineyard in Languedoc-Roussillon, where an ancient millstone (meule) was uncovered during planting. This discovery inspired the name, paying tribute to the land’s rich heritage. Grown in one of the warmest parts of France, this Chardonnay bursts with tropical aromas like pineapple and mango, balanced by notes of fresh butter, vanilla, and toasted hazelnut. Aged on natural yeast, it offers a creamy texture, refreshing acidity, and a smooth, elegant finish.
