Deep ruby-purple in colour, with intense nose of black fruit, vanilla and black pepper, further enhanced by suggestion of caramel and toasted nuts. The mouth is full of sour cherries, plums and gooseberries, on a background of chocolate and cinnamon. Structured, with a velvety tannin texture in harmonious balance with the vibrant acidity. Long, luscious finish with sweet spices, notes of tobacco and oak. A complex, rich and layered wine. This is composed of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Merlot and Petit Verdot, selected from the very best and most expressive blocks at Ktima Kir-Yianni.
