Hattingley Valley, Hand and Flowers Brut, NV

'The Hand & Flowers' is a unique English sparkling wine based on the much loved Hattingley Classic Reserve. The team have hand-picked a limited parcel of cellar-aged 2011 vintage Chardonnay wine to blend in with the dosage to create a naturally rich and complex sparkling wine.

An elegant bronze/gold colour with lemon pith, nougat and zesty citrus on the nose. Vibrant orchard fruits on the palette, with hints of nuts and honey stemming from the maturation in bottle and blend of 2011 vintage cellar-aged Chardonnay wine, leading to a complex finish.
