Gramona, Argent Rose Brut Nature Organic, 2022

The Gramona family hand-crafts artisanal Corpinnat (premium Penedes sparkling wines) to an incredibly high standard - far exceeding that required in Champagne. This subtle and complex 100% Pinot Noir is ethereally delicate pink in appearance, and has an enthralling aroma of homemade strawberry ice cream and English rose garden. With a fabulously delicate, creamy mousse texture and sublime flavours of Spartan apple, just-picked raspberries and toasted oats, it has an understated richness reminiscent of lobster bisque, found only in the most refined and expensive Champagnes. This glorious wine is made from biodynamically-farmed grapes, and was bottled as a 'Brut Nature' - with zero dosage.
