This fine, vintage Champagne is from a terrific small producer who neighbours Dom Pérignon and Taittinger. Complex aromas of dried fruits and hazelnuts lead to an elegant palate of citrus blossom, greengage and honey, with beautiful balance and a silky finish. This connoisseur's Champagne is made with hand-selected fruit from low-yielding old vines at sites in the middle part of the slope, which have optimal exposure to the sun and ideal drainage on chalky soil. After starting with top quality raw material, the wine is cellared for a miniumum of five years to deliver the ultimate expression of premium Champagne – harmonious, balanced and sophisticated: a style that works perfectly as a distinguished food match or sophisticated aperitif.
