This creamy fusion of Chardonnay with Pinot Blanc is crisp, clean, balanced and shows poached pear, butterscotch with a delicate hint of oak. Fermented in a combination of stainless steel and French oak barrels, then aged on the lees to develop texture while retaining freshness.
