An unoaked Jura white wine made from Chardonnay. This is drinkable immediately and fresh and floral on the palate. Domaine de Sainte Marie traces back centuries but was formerly known as Bertrand de Sainte Marie. They renamed themselves after recent vineyard site acquisitions. Pair with croquettes.
