Champagne Cattier, Brut Premier Cru, 2015

The cuvee Meunier Millesime 2015 is composed of 100% meunier grapes from Chigny-Les-Roses, Rilly-La-Montagne and Ludes, terroirs renowned for their richness and finesse of their meunier grapes.

2016 is a special year. After a mild winter and a wet, cold spring, there was nothing to suggest that there might be a new vintage. However, from mid-July onwards, the weather was great until the autumn. The harvest started on September 14th with ripe, concentrated meunier grapes of a very high quality, juste like our two other varieties.

This cuvee is made from our best parcels of land, the juices of which were selected at the time of pressing in order to keep only very best. This beautifully pure vintage represents the quintessence of the meunier grape variety from the 2015 harvest.
